DataTech-Plus, Inc. is a primarily a 24X7 break/fix organization backing up others. We also do installs, roll-outs, and upgrades nationwide. That includes TDM, VoIP, Wireless, Data, and Voice Networks. Our focus market is Fortune 500 and chain clients that are outside major city hubs and not covered by the “big guys”, due to location and/or distance. Our primary clients for these services are Black Box, Orange Business Services, AT&T, IBM Global, and Siemens Managed Services Group. All have their own field forces, but none have true nationwide personnel, and/or they are spread thin for installs and major work. We have on staff, three degreed engineers, RCDD’s (+), Master Electrician, and various Microsoft and Cisco designated titles, up to CCIE. We are an authorized Allworx VAR, providing services and hardware from small professional offices to call centers. Our direct client target group is the SMB market. We sell IP network, wireless, copper infrastructure, and maintenance contracts as well as systems monitoring and consulting.

We have technicians trained in most brands of telecommunications equipment and infrastructure strategically located in all 50 states and the 10 Canadian provinces. Capabilities range from certified wire installers to CCIE level data engineers. For the thousands of small towns and rural areas that DataTech-Pus, Inc. does not have near by coverage we have mutual support agreements with like minded organizations.
